About Angela

Angela Strange
Founder
Angela is licensed to practice law in New York and Colorado. As a small business owner and nonprofit founder in her own right, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by start-ups and those courageous enough to 'make a go of it' on their own.
She brings a wealth of experience in providing legal guidance and support to non profits and small businesses. Her practice encompasses entity formation and dissolution, contract and employment law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Over two decades ago, she started her career as a litigator in New York City. Angela also worked for several years as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 insurance and investment company.
She has made community service and pro-bono work a priority in her professional life. Angela served as an arbitrator in New York County Court for over a decade, a volunteer attorney in both New York, NY and Denver, CO and has held several leadership positions on nonprofit boards of directors.
